Joshua Adams has presented to over 50,000 audience members over 8 years, incorporating his Marine Corps combat background coupled with his unique wit to inspire audiences to laugh, cry, and make lasting change.

TRAINING

Perspective Approach incorporates combat training techniques, coupled with the scholarly approach to leadership to provide dynamic, interactive training events lasting from a few hours to multiple days.  Both classroom-oriented and field-training are available.

COACHING

Joshua works with leaders on an individual level to achieve targeted results quickly and permanently.  Topics may include holding others accountable, improvements in conflict mediation, how to plan, or any area in which a leader would like to improve.  Coaching may be in-person or conducted remotely.
