Tactical Leadership Course
The Tactical Leadership Course teaches leaders at all levels how to incorporate the Perspective Approach "Shields to the Left!" Principle. It is an excellent course for new leaders and supervisors with little or no training, all the way through owners and leaders of entire organizations who want to understand what true leadership that has been battle-tested looks like.

All too often, we see supervisors who have been thrust into positions of leadership by virtue of tenure and being proficient at their "job". The problem is they've never had any sort of formal leadership training and development to help them be better leaders of both people and processes to grow your business.

We focus on principles that stand the test of time and teach step-by-step practices that you can implement today at the individual and organizational levels.
Results and Outcomes
Participants will learn how to:

Regularly assess personal leadership traits, principles and practices.

Work in collaborative, empathetic, results-driven ways.

Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Delegate instead of abdicate.

Develop individual and organizational communication skills and processes.

Decentralize authority to the lowest individual level.

Develop Courses of Action (COA) to overcome individual, team, and organizational challenges.

Develop a toolbox for how to lead, train, supervise, and inspire their team and peers.

Prerequisites
We strongly recommend that participants enroll and familiarize themselves with "The Ultimate Employee", our online individual development program, but nothing is required except a desire to train.

Operational Leadership Course
The Operational Leadership Course is designed for "Leaders of Leaders". We've seen what happens when supervisors or managers feel they've mastered the art of leadership and begin to get complacent (hint: it's not pretty). We also know what it feels like to have been instructed in the basics of leadership and understanding how to lead a team, but feel like you have nowhere to turn to learn more advanced leadership skills.

This course is geared more towards mid-level and senior leadership within an organization.
Results and Outcomes
Participants will learn how to:

Develop, Implement and Analyze organizational training plans.

Correct or develop safety procedures to be used by individuals and teams.

Evaluate other supervisors and provide constructive feedback at an organizational level.

Decentralize authority to the lowest team and individual levels.

Understand organizational systems and process analysis.
Prerequisites
We strongly recommend that participants complete the Tactical Leadership Course before attending the Operational Leadership Course.

Strategic Leadership Course
The Strategic Leadership Course is designed for Leaders of Organizations. This high-level course is intended for business owners, executives, and General Managers.
Results and Outcomes
Participants will learn how to:

Develop, Implement and Analyze strategic planning sessions.

Conduct and Supervise organizational objective management processes.

Supervise organizational leadership development programs.

Decentralize authority to the lowest team and individual levels.

Network and collaborate with other organizational leaders from a broad spectrum of industries.
Prerequisites
We strongly recommend that participants complete the Tactical and Operational Leadership Courses before attending the Strategic Leadership Course.
